Being attracted to Day+Date I picked this one up from an estate buyer untested or timed. After spending the day on the bench and being cleaned buffed and massaged it came out fairly well. The movement is a Felsa 4009 (updated) I’ll have an update in the next couple of days when I disassemble, clean and oil the movement. Until then I’ll just admire the classic look. Another example of affordable jewellers brands with quality components inside. For Sale

That is a very nice looking watch. I ran across a womens Marcel & Cie day date in new shape. Runs perfect and is all original. I will try to post for all to see.

  • The pretty ones are Diva’s and we’re still negotiating their photo shoots. :)

So far over a 24 hour test run it’s -15 seconds so it looks good so far.

  • Trish:

    Wheres the pretty one?

  • It’s still on the bench and I haven’t decided yet. Everything looks clean and well cared for inside. If it runs out a few full winds with a good power reserve I’ll decide whether to make it my summer watch or put it up for sale. I’ll let you know.

  • Frank:

That looks like my Gramp’s watch. Are you selling it?
